Have fun and safe travels
Great evening with Great Songs! On The canal!
Good luck Martin - we will be following your progress and we're not jealous at all..............
Good luck from us two. Be careful!
The stars above, the sea below
And a ship with billowing sails
A brother true for a stalwart crew
To vanquish storms and gales
We'll leave fair Scotland's native shores
Our bows toward the south
And brave the swirling tides and winds
Around the Solway's mouth
And if the gods prove kind and fair
That send the sailor's weather
We'll make good speed with sheets eased free
To Peel and there we'll tether
At dawn we'll leave the Isle of Man
Bound through the Irish sea
We'll cleave on through, the Harmony crew
To Wales and Aberdyfi
By Milford Haven's sheltered bay
And cross the Bristol Channel
Fair Lundy Isle we'll leave to port
And dip our starboard gunnel
The Longships Rocks, to port once more
Before we round Lands End
Then up the Channel in the wake of Drake
To Plymouth town again.
I wonder if I have the correct David Vass. Did you have Dr Graham Davidson to crew for you a number of years ago? If so could you please contact me when I will explain further. If you did not I apologize for contacting you.
Stay safe and have a great time, looking forward to keeping and eye on your travels.
Have a great trip Martin, might even catch up with you somewhere along the way !
Tracking you, Glad to see your doing well and safe.
